⑸ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Institute of Science Tokyo,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which President may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President.
E prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
