⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gift for souvenir and attached work. Amount for 1 year (about 14,000 pieces)
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026.
⑸ Delivery place : The places PMAC will specify.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer.
③ have the Grade A or B "Manufacture of product" or "Sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2025.
④ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 10 : 30 AM, 9 January 2025. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM, 7 January 2025. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
