| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YOSHIOKA Masatsugu, Executive Director, New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 71 and 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Integrated information infrastructure as a service 1 set ⑷ Contract period : From date of signing contract through January 31, 2030 ⑸ Contract location : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : a) Not come under Article 8 of the Regulations Concerning Contracts with New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization b) Have Grade A or B "Offer of Service" qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024 ; be a representative of a consortium as indicated in e) who has a Grade A or B "Offer of Service" qualification for participating in tenders in fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; and be members other than representatives of a consortium who have a Grade A, B, or C "Offer of Service" qualification. c) Nor currently be suspended from transactions at the request of officials in charge of contracts of other ministries, government organizations and NEDO. d) Have received ISO/IEC 27001 or JISQ 27001, and Privacy Mark certification. Have received ISO 9001, CMMI level 3 or higher, or equivalent management standard.
