| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hitoshi Nakagama, President of National Cancer Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Test reagent 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From December 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : National Cancer Center (Tsukiji, Kashiwa) ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Cancer Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Cancer Center ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Regi-on ; ④ prove to have obtained the first-class license for selling drugs in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the drugs on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
