| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shizunari Bouno, Director, Department of General Affairs, National Hospital Organization Headquarters ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14, 71 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Procurement and maintenance of MultiFunction Printer 24 sets ⑷ Fulfillment period : From Contract date to March 31, 2030 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as provided in the tender documents ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① have Grade A in "Offer of Services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region, Kantou-Koushinetsu Region, Tokai Region, Kinki Region, and Chugoku Region ; ② not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
