A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
B not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
C have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Kanto-Koshin- etsu area in "Offer of Service" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
D have a track record of handling all collection, transportation, installation, and removal operations of artworks at art museums or museums in 2009 or later.
