⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 4,880 Men's Working Coats with Long Sleeves ; 1,460 Women's Working Coats with Long Sleeves : 2,730 Men's Working Coats with Short Sleeves ; 670 Women's Working Coats with Short Sleeves : 4,500 Men's Working Slacks ; 1,320 Women's Working Slacks.
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 August 2025 through 31 July 2028, delivery dates to be specified separately. The delivery period may be extended for up to 1 year.
⑸ Delivery place : Places within Japan to be designated separately.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in this tender are those who shall :
(ⅰ) be in good financial conditions and have a good credit standing ;
(ⅱ) be ranked Grade A or B in the Japan Tobacco Inc. Tenderer Qualifications (Working Wears) for Year 2024 ;
(ⅲ) be deemed able to purchase required material without difficulty ; and
(ⅳ) possess sewing and other manufacturing equipment necessary for working wears, with such capacity as may be deemed sufficient for the fulfillment of contract.
