③ Have the Grade A, B, C or D qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023, 2024 in the Kinki area in offer of "Manufacture of Product" or "Sales of Product" for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
④ Meet the qualification requirements which may be specified by Deputy Director in the specifications and other documents.
