| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TOMURA Masayuki, Director General of the Finance and Accounting Department, Japan Housing Finance Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Training on building and validating the AI screening model environment for personal housing loans ⑷ Fulfillment date : as in the tender documentation ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 14 of J.H.F.A's Bylaw about procedures of tenders (Details described in the tender documentation) ② Have Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders for "Offer of services, etc." by Qualification for participation in national competitive bidding (Unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023 and 2024 or have Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders for "Offer of services, etc." by J.H.F.A in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023 and 2024. However, it is acceptable to be rated as grade C or below if any of the following applies within the past three years from the date of public notice. A. Hasatrackrecordofhandlingthe personal information in contracts with J.H.F.A and has not caused any the personal information leaks, etc. B.
