| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : MORISHIMA Kiyoji, Director General of Kanazawa Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Sodium Propionate for liquid de-icing agent 320 tons Attention : As the scheduled supply of de-icing agents is the expected quantity based on the past record of supplies, it does not guarantee the actual supplied amount ⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of contract through April 30, 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : Fukumitsu Interchange (Yamada, Nanto-shi, Toyama-ken), Gokayama Interchange (Kaminakada, Nanto-shi, Toyama-ken), Kanazawamorimoto Interchange (Kawaraichimachi, Kanazawa-shi, Ishikawa-ken) ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall ① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures ② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for tender ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document that described company career ・Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification ③ have proven to have actually sold, manufactured or delivered Sodium Chloride or Sodium Propionate concerned ④ have proven to own or rent a storehouse to stock over 30 tons of sodium propionate within 100 kilometers from the Toyama Maintenance and Customer Service Center (MCSC) and a storehouse to stock over 20 tons of sodium propionate within 100 kilometers from the Kanazawa MCSC. Each storehouse may be a combined warehouse to stock over 50 tons. Submit the following documents about the storehouse ・The address with the map ・Sketch of stock floor ・Maximum volume of sodium propionate stocked in the storehouse ・Photos of the warehouse ・The way of keeping sodium propionate ⑤ have proven to be able to bring 10 tons of sodium propionate within 24 hours after orders are issued Submitted the documents of ・Origin of Sodium Propionate ・The way how to send sodium propionate from origin ・The capacity and the address with the map of the storehouse ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M.
