| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shigefumi Yoshino, Director, National Hospital Organization Kanmon Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity of public office building (6,600V) contract : 17,995,432kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kanmon Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause ; ② Not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ Have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Chugoku Region ; ④ Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; ⑤ Prove that ther can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M, August 1, 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hijiri Amano, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Kanmon Medical Center, 1-1 Choufusotoura-chou Shimonoseki-shi Yamaguchi-ken 752-8510, Japan.
