| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Isao Sakai, Director General of Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, Cabinet Office. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Purchase of 1 set of mobile shelves for the Southern National Highway Office in FY2024 (project eligible for electronic procurement) ⑷ Delivery period : 31 October, 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : According to the bidding manual, etc. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A or B or C on "sale of products" in the Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ③ The person is not a person who has filed a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act or a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act.
