Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding acontract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; B not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; C have Grade A, B or C in "Service Offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Cyugoku Region ; D prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance withthe Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ; E prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid aftersale service and maintenancefor the procured products ; F meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
