⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Oita University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by National University Corporation Oita University,
C prove to have obtained the first-class license for selling drugs in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
E meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
