| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tetsuo Ajiki, Director, National Hospital Organization Kobe National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 83 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Rental of bedclothes 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kobe National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Provision of services (Apparel and other textile products)" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Regions ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured services ; ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 00 A.M.
