| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Atsushi Goto, General Manager of Sakaide Operation Center, Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 75, 78 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Facility Maintenance and Management Services 1 set ① The Contractor will conduct maintenance and management of buildings under The Sakaide Operation Center, Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Company Limited supervision in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. ② And appointed by Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Company Limited. as a building environmental sanitation management engineer for specified buildings, and notified to the administrative agency. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as shown in the tender documentation and the specification ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for Participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : 1)not fall under any of the following categories from ① to ④ : ① Those who do not have ability to conclude contract (Minor, Adult guardian, Person under curatorship or Person under Assistance. However, Person under curatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract is excluded.) : also bankrupt Person who has not been reinstated. ② Those who have a record of any of the following cases from a) to h) once or more within the past two years a)Have intentionally practiced rough manufacture or misconduct in the quality or quantity of the properties in the execution of the contract. b)Have prevented implementation of fair competition or conspired to disturb fair pricing or obtain illicit profits. c)Have prevented a successful bidder from concluding the contract or a contracting party from performing the contract. d)Have obstructed the execution of supervision or inspection by the officer in charge. e)Have failed to perform his contract without any justifiable reasons. f)Have falsified the important items or facts in the Application Form for Competition Participation Qualification and its supplements or those who do not have written down in such documents. g)Have caused other tangible or intangible damage to the Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Company Limited. h)Have employed as an agent, manager etc. in concluding a contract who have been applied to the above categories from a)to g)within the past two years. ③ Those whose administrative situation is acknowledged to be markedly unsound. ④ Those who have practiced business in violation of the commercial law and other laws and ordinances. 2)not be under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Company Limited at the time of the bid opening. 3)not have capital relationship and/or personnel relationship with other bidders. 4)submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act. 5)Have at least two building environmental sanitation management engineers who have performed building environmental sanitation management work with a total floor area of 3,000㎡ or more completed as a prime contractor in fiscal year 2018 or later. 6)Engineers with a building environmental sanitation management engineer's license to be assigned to each specified building by the contractor, and who have at least one year of experience in building environmental sanitation management work for buildings with a total floor area of 3,000㎡ or more in fiscal year 2018. 7)The applicant must have a head office, branch office, or sales office in Okayama or Kagawa Prefecture. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 20 : 00 February 14, 2024 ⑻ Deadline for submission of e-biddings : 20 : 00 on March 25, 2024 (if mailing, it must arrive at 17 : 00 on March 25, 2024) ⑼ Opening date : March 26, 2024 10 : 00 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : General Affairs Section, Sakaide Operation Center, Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Company Limited, 4388-1 Shimo-Kawatsu, Kawatsu-cho, Sakaide-city, Kagawa-pref, 762-0025, Japan.
