Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person underAssistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may beapplicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② have Grade A, B or C "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Chugoku Region in fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ③ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiatebusiness of selling medical appliances ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the procured products. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 0 : 00 P.M.
