| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Takeshi Isoyama, The Obligating Officer, Director-General, the independent administrative institution National Women's Education Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Financial accounting system, 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : As in the tender manual ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender manual ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under in Section 1 and 2 of Article 13 concerning the Contract for the independent administrative institution National Women's Education Center.
