| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiyosu Taniguchi, Director, National Hospital Organization Mie National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 22, 31 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Medical equipment rental contract and maintenance check duties trust contract ⑷ Rental period : From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 ⑸ Rental place : National Hospital Organization Mie National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, or C in "Service Offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ; ④ have obtained a rental license for specially controlled medical devices, etc. pursuant to the provisions of Article 39, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices ; ⑤ have the ability to properly perform the work of "maintenance and inspection of medical devices" stipulated in the Medical Care Act and related laws and regulations ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 15 March 11, 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hideo Takahashi, Director, Accounting Divisio, National Hospital Organization Mie National Hospital, 357 Osatokubotacho Tu-shi Mie-ken 514-0125, Japan.
