B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sale of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Shinshu University,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
