⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Introduction and maintenance of WAN and Internet lines related to the next-base system infrastructure of JFM
⑷ Specifications, terms of the contracts and delivery places : Depending on the bidding instructions and specification documents
⑸ Qualifications for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : (ⅰ)not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause : (ⅱ)not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting : (ⅲ)Have Grade A or B "Offer of services, etc." in the Kanto・Koshinetu district in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 (ⅳ)not be under suspension of nomination by any ministry or agency : and (ⅴ)not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings.
