B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Kinki area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Kobe University,
C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Executive Vice President In Charge of Finance.
