| Summay of notice | ⑴ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 76 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Planning, editing supports, printing and publication services of the Ministry of Finance public information monthly "The FINANCE", 1 set. ⑷ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ⑸ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ② The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ③ Have Grade A, B or C in the services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ⑤ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ⑥ Submit a document of a system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request. ⑺ Date and time for tender explanation meeting : 10 : 30 a.m. January 19, 2024 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 30 p.m. March 5, 2024 ⑼ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) |
