| Summay of notice | ⑴⑷⑸⑻ The same as the Notice No. 1 5⑴⑷⑸⑻ ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 3 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Liquefied petroleum gas (for Bulk tank) 241,000㎏ ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③Person corresponding to the following can not participate in the competition : Person stating false facts in the application form or attachments qualification : Person extremely deteriorated condition or creditworthiness of the customer ④have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region in fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ⑤prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Act on the Securing of Safety and the Optimization of Transaction of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Law, to initiate business of selling Liquefied petroleum Gas ⑥meet the qualification requirements which the Obligation Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00, March, 18, 2024 |
