Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takeshi Ohama in charge of Finance of Gifu Prefectural Police.

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : propane gas used in gifu Prefectual Plice School. The estimated propane gas for the year : 59,300㎥

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C "Sale of product" in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ The person who is not being suspended from transactions by request of the National Police Agency.
⑤ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned.
⑥ Have permisson to conduct gas retail in accordance with Article 3 of Act on the Securing of Safety and the Optimization of Transaction of Liquefied Petroleum Gas
