⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A have the following Grade qualification for each item in 5⑶ above,
ABDE have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Hokkaido area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Hokkaido area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
B prove to have obtained a license in accordance with [The Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law] affairs Law,
C fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of the reduction of environmental impact and implementation of proper industrial waste disposal.
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President, The National University Corporation Hokkaido University.
