| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Telephone connecting System 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Rent ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : 1)The telephone switching function shall be equipped. 2)As a station line, it has the capability to connect analog lines, ISDN lines, optical lines, and leased lines, and as a terminal, it can use analog telephones, digital multi-functional telephones, IP telephones, and facsimiles, and it has expandability to add additional mounting lines. 3)It shall be capable of interfacing with the call charge management equipment and maintenance console. 4)It must be earthquake resistant and have high performance to operate stably even in the event of earthquakes or power outages. 5)Labor-saving measures shall be taken for the operation and management of the system. 6)The new telephone switchboard should be able to replace the existing one in the room where the existing one is installed. ⑸ Time limit for the submission of the requested material : 17 : 00 18 January, 2024 ⑹ Contact point for the notice : Oota Keiichi, Procurement Section, Accounting Department, Administrative Division, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, 1-1 Asahidai Nomi-Ishikawa 923-1292 Japan, TEL 0761-51-1118 |
