⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for The Open University of Japan Foundation,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in provision of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which Director-General may specify in accordance which Article 7 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for The Open University of Japan Foundation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Director-General,
E have more than two years of experience in cleaning services for buildings of the same size as the University,
F have had no cases of contract cancellation due to pre-contract withdrawal or non-performance of work after winning a bid (including affiliated companies).
