| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kojima Masahiko, Director General of Nagoya Residence Center, UR COMMUNITY INC, As deputy for Urban Renaissance Agency. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78 ⑶ Nature and Quantity of the services to be purchased : Requirements for Collection and Transportation of Industrial Waste Nagoya Residence Center. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall. ① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting practice. ② have been qualified for the proposal of "Service offer" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment by Chubu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2023 and 2024. ③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Chubu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency. ④ Must have received permission to handle waste from the prefectural government or government ordinance designated city with jurisdiction over the disposal site ; industrial waste to be handled must include waste plastic, scrap metal, scrap glass, scrap concrete, or scrap ceramics, waste fiber. ⑤ Must have received permission to handle waste from the prefectural government or government ordinance designated city with jurisdiction over the housing complex and disposal site mentioned under 4 above ; industrial waste to be handled must include waste plastic, scrap metal, scrap glass, scrap concrete, or scrap ceramics, waste fiber. ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents January 15th, 2024. ⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender documents until 17 : 00 on February 22th 2024.
