⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A Not come under clause 1 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
B Not come under clause 2 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience.
C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2022・2023・2024 in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
D Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
E① Be registered as a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act.
②③④ Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 3, Section 1 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law, or have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the same law.
F meet the qualification requirements in the specification.
G②③④ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
