| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nobuhiro Maeda, President of Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be required : a set of service of guarding and cleaning office buildings for FY2024-2026. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under the Article 73 of Practice Rules of Contract established by Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited. ② have a record of providing cleaning services in office buildings with a total floor area of 5,000 ㎡ or more and computer rooms with a total floor area of 500 ㎡ or more (dedicated large computer rooms with 24-hour constant temperature settings) for a contract period of at least one year since FY2013. ③ have a record of providing 24-hour security services in office buildings with a total floor area of 5,000 ㎡ or more for a contract period of at least one year since FY2013. ④ have a license approved by Yokohama city and the special ward in Tokyo where service will be provided in terms of the Article 7 of Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law by the beginning of the service, and have a license approved by Tokyo, Kanagawa and Saitama Prefectures where service will be provided in terms of the Article 14 of the law by the beginning of the service. ⑤ have a certificate accredited by the local Public Safety Commission in terms of the Article 4 of the law on Security Service by the beginning of the service. ⑥ have proven to submit the notification approved by the Article 9 of the law on Security Service to the Tokyo and Kanagawa Public Safety Commission to do security service in Tokyo and Kanagawa Area by the beginning of the service. ⑦ Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall have ｢ISO/IEC27001｣ or ｢JIS Q27001｣, or have proven to be equivalent or superior to Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited regarding the management system of the information security. ⑧ not be forced to suspend operations by the law on Security Service, or the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law from April 1 ,2023 to the day before the day of the tender. ⑺ Time-limit for the document of qualification for participating in the tender : 2pm January 10, 2024 ⑻ Time-limit for the tender : 2pm February 14, 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Satoru Nakayama, Contract Division, Finance Department, Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited, 1-4-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 100-8930 Japan.
