| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takashi Hori, Director, National Hospital Organization Maizuru National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity of public office building and Electricity of nursing school ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Maizuru National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sale of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Regions ; ④ have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M.
