| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KIMURA Norio Vice President of Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (hereinafter called JRTT) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 15, 28, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Rental Smartphone (with maintenance of Private Branches Exchanger), 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 June, 2024 through 31 May, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Depend on the tender document ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 4 and Article 5 of the regulation concerning the contract for JRTT, ② have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "provision of services" by single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024 (The Grade and Area does not matter.). ③ not have been suspended from designation by JRTT or country ④ not be the business operators that a Gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from JRTT is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 4 : 00 p.m. 11 January, 2024 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 p.m. 29 January, 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Finance and Fund Planning Department, JRTT, 6-50-1, Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-city, Kanagawa, 231-8315, Japan, TEL 045-222-9049 |
