⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have grade A on "Offer of services" in the Kanto・koushinetsu district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 and a legal person who files an application for the same category in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of College of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
⑺ Local information session : Those who wish to partcipate in the bidding must participate in the local information session on following date. 18 December, 2023~11 January, 2024 Those who intend to participate in the local information session should contact the following contact point by 16 : 00 2 days before the preferred day.
