⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ The applicant must have a track record of performance of inbound call center services involving response to inquiries by telephone in FY 2018 or later.
④ The applicant must have a track record of performance of electronic data entry of information containing personal information for the national government, local governments, or other organizations that conduct government procurement in fiscal year 2018 or later.
⑤ At the time of application for competitive qualification, Valid Privacy Mark or other third-party certification for the handling of personal information.
⑥ The company must have one of the management systems (ISO/IEC27001 or JISQ27001) certified by an official accreditation body for information security of corporate information.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 27 December 2023 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 26 December 2023)
