Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : UEHARAI Daisaku, the obligated officer, Director-General of the Secretariat, Fukuoka High Court ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the substance to be purchased : Electric power to be consumed at courthouse of Fukuoka High Court, Fukuoka District Court, Fukuoka Family Court and Fukuoka Summary Court ①Contracted demand 756kW ②Estimated consumption 1,883,600kWh ⑷ Supplying period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 ⑸ Supplying place : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kyushu-Okinawa region ; ④have a license to be a General Electricity Utility in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 2 of the retail electricity company ; ⑤meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ⑥have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ; and ⑦be a person who took an explanatory paper for the bid ⑺ The time and place of application for the qualification of ⑹ ③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., January 19, 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : FURU- MURA, OSHITA Supplies Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Fukuoka High Court, 4-2-4 Ropponmatu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka 810-8608, Japan, TEL 092-781-3729 |
