B have the Grade A or B qualification during fiscal year 2023 in the Kinki area in "Sales of Product" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law,
D fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art.
