| Summay of notice | ⑴ Same as No. 1 above ⑵ Same as No. 3 above ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be contracted : Provision of Cisco Webex licenses and introduction support services (for summary courts), 1 contract ⑷ Same as No. 1 above ⑸ Same as No. 1 above ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ⒜not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ⒝not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ⒞be ranked as Grade A or B in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; ⒟have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ; and ⒠meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ⑺ Same as No. 1 above ⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., January 31, 2024 ⑼ Same as No. 1 above |
