③ Have Grade "B・C・D" of level of interest in the "Provision of services" in Toukai・Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
