| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yasuo Ota, Director, National Hospital Organization Higashisaitama National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning Servies 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Higashisaitama National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Service Offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 15 P.M.
