⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under the Article 73 of Practice Rules of Contract established by Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited.
② have obtained accreditation or submitted the written notice to prefectural public safety commission for vigilance task and executing preventive measures to counter theft during transportation of cash prescribed in item 3, clause 1, Article 2 of the Security Service Act. (Participants in charge of 1⑶①)
③ have carried out a contract for at least 1-year after 1 April, 2013 including
⒜ Armored transportation services of cash
⒝ Services to exchange and deliver cash
⒞ Services to count cash
⒟ Services to deposit cash in the bank account
④ have at least 30 security guards who passed the first or second grade of the examination on the business of transporting and guarding valuables (limited to cash),prescribed in the Article 2 of the Regulations of the Examination for Guards (National Public Safety Commission's rules)
⑺ Time-limit for the document of qualification for participating in the tender : 3 : 00 pm December 1, 2023
⑻ Time-limit for the tender : 11 : 00 am January 15, 2024
