③ have the Grade A or B "Manufacture of product" or "Sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2024.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 1 : 30 PM 10 January, 2024. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 5 January, 2024. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
