⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
(A) not come under article 8 and 9 of the regulation concerning the contract for National Livestock Breeding Center. Furthermore, minors, person under curatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
(B) have Grade A,B,C or D "sale of product" in terms of the qualificationfor participating in tenders by single qualification for every ministry and agency or in tenders by National Live-stock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
