| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Haruhito Kamei, Director, National Hospital Organization Yamaguchi-Ube Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Bedding lease and laundry service 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Yamaguchi-Ube Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have been certified in the "List of Medical-Related Service Mark Certified Businesses (Bedding Laundry Business)" established by the Medical-Related Services Promotion Foundation, or meet the standards specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in Article 15-3 paragraph 2 of the Medical Act ; ④ have Grade A, B or C in "Provision of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in ChugokuRegion ; ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M.
