| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KENZAKA Shigenori Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 21 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Osaka National Highway Office jurisdiction lease of LED road lighting 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment term : From the next day of contract through 31 March, 2028 (however the deadline of the lease product for setting and the lease term according to the specifications) ⑸ Fulfillment place : Osaka National Highway Office jurisdiction ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have the next qualifications. {1} have "offer of services" in Kinki Area in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). {2} receive permission of "electrical construction business" based on the Construction industry law, and the business evaluation that the permission concerned requires. ③ have proven records to have lease stipulated in the tender manual (including those in progress at time-limit for submission of certificate) ④ Scheduled supervising engineers meet the requirement stipulated in the tender manual ⑤ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Tender Opening. ⑥ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ⑦ acquire the electric certification in case of using the Electric Tendering system https://www.geps.go.jp/ ⑧ The person who obtained the tender manual from official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity directly ⑨ not be the person that a gangster influence management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 12 : 00 10 November, 2023 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 18 December, 2023 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : FUJII Takayuki the first Purchase Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Kinki Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism 3-1-41, Otemae, Chuou-Ku, Osaka-Shi, Osaka-Fu, 540-8586, Japan TEL 06-6942-1141 ex. 2536 |
