② have Grade A, B or C on "sale of product" in Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for tender to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system

⑤ not be the supplier that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly by Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification
⑦ submit by the deadline for receipt of certificates, a document describing the equipment configuration that shows that the equipment to be procured meets the specifications in Exhibit 1, "Requirements for procured equipment," and a document certifying the equipment.
⑧ submit by the deadline for receipt of certificates, documents that show the achievements of delivery and installation adjustment of rack mount type servers or rack mount type network attached storages from fiscal year 2018.
⑨ submit by the deadline for receipt of certificates, pre-confirmation certificate come under Article 13 of the specifications.
