| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAGAYAMA Takahiro, Finance Division, Commissioner-General's Secretariat, National Police Agency. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : App development and maintenance for reading data on driver's licence from an Individual Number Card issued for the Japanese people, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
