⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the regulation concerning a contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 7 of the regulation concerning a contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology ;
③ have the grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (unified qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ;
④ meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer such as President determins in accordance with Article 5 of the regulation ;
⑺ Deadline for tender : By 17 : 00 September 27, 2023
