| Summay of notice | ⑴ Deputy of President : Nobuhiro Shinohara, Procurement Management Department, Japan Pension Service ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 6, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Printing, making, sorting and pre-mailing business for National Pension premium payment form (to be issued in April, 2024) ① 17 pieces fixed, approximately 4,523,000 ② 6 pieces fixed, approximately 278,000 ③ Variable pieces, approximately 826,000 ④ Unaccompanied pieces, approximately 18,000 ⑷ Performance period : From date of contract through 23 April, 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : Places designated by Japan Pension Service ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ① It must be a person who doesn't correspond to the person and the bankrupt who doesn't have the ability that the corresponding contract concludes by not obtaining rehabilitation. ② It is a person who disturbed the execution of the duty as the person and the staff who disturbed the fulfillment of the person and the highest bidder who disturbed the execution of a person who did the act of injustice for the compact prosecution and a fair competition of the contract, and it is ill-founded and it person who doesn't correspond to the person who doesn't perform a contract. ③ Have the Grade A (① and ③), Grade A or B (②), Grade A, B or C (④) in "Service", "Manufacturing", in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024 ④ Prove to have actually engaged in fair amount of similar matters properly ⑤ Prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty ⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑦ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑧ Other persons who are qualified as provided in the bidding instructions ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 6 : 00 PM, 2 October, 2023 (① and ②), 6 : 00 PM, 10 October, 2023 (③ and ④) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Aoi Ikemoto, Procurement Management Department, Japan Pension Service, 5-24, Takaido-nishi 3-chome, Suginami-ku, Tokyo, 168-8505, Japan TEL 03-5344-1100 |
