| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Replacement of cloud-based mail system and license purchase, 1 Set ⑷ Delivery date : 31 March, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment period : From 1 February, 2024 through 31 January, 2029 ⑹ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
